  • Caroline McNeil– Paralegal


    Caroline is a paralegal to Mike Chiumento, Michael Chiumento III and Vincent Lyon and she has been with the firm since May 2012. She has an Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Daytona State College and a Bachelors of Applied Science in Business Supervision and Management from Daytona State College. Caroline is originally from Massachusetts and moved to Florida in 2005. She is married to Scott and they have a labradoodle named Bentley. She is a huge fan of the New England Patriots and the Boston Celtics. Caroline is a supporter of the ALS Association Florida Chapter.

  • Katie Vitale– Paralegal


    Katie is the personal injury paralegal with experience in defense litigation and she has been with the firm since April 2014. She has an Associate’s Degree from Macomb Community College in Mt. Clemens, Michigan and a Bachelor’s of Science from University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Katie is moved to Florida from Detroit, Michigan in 2008. She and her son are self-proclaimed “foodies” who love to travel and enjoy gardening together on the weekends.

  • Michele Hurd– Certified Paralegal


    Michele is the estate planning, probate, and guardianship paralegal with over twenty years of experience and has been with the firm since September 2002. She has an Associates in Paralegal Studies from Daytona State College and is a Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants. Michele is a Florida native who grew up in Volusia County and currently resides in Flagler County, and she is married with two daughters.

  • Karolyn Sheekey – Legal Assistant


    Karolyn has been a legal assistant with the firm since October 1990. She is married to Brian and they have a dog Shiloh. Karolyn enjoys reading, cooking, and watching sports.

  • Maria Ponce de Leon-Eckley– Office Manager


    Maria is our office manager/legal administrator and has been with the firm since September 1999. She has a Bachelor’s of Science Home Economics with a major in dietetics and a minor in biology from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana. Maria is married to Greg and together they have a son Eric and a Pomeranian/poodle named Thunder. Maria has been a resident of Flagler County since 1986 when she relocated from Rockland County, New York. She enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and is an avid NFL Jaguars fan. She is also involved in the Wounded Warrior Project and is the co-owner of Professional Pool Service of Flagler Co., Inc.

  • Kelly DeVore– Certified Paralegal


    Kelly DeVore has been with the firm since 1995 and started in our residential real estate department. She came to us from Palm Coast Abstract & Title. Kelly has her A.S. in Paralegal Studies and is a Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants. In 2009 she became a Licensed Title Agent through the State of Florida in order to manage and run the firm’s first title company, Pioneer Title Services, LLC.   Kelly has over 26 years’ of experience in residential and commercial real estate and has also worked in various other areas of law over the years.    She currently is the firm’s real estate paralegal on both commercial and residential transactions as well as a closing agent/licensed title agent for Pioneer Title Services, LLC, the firm’s title company.

  • Maryanne Miceli– Legal Assistant


    Maryanne has been with the firm since June 2013 having started working with the firm’s title company and then moving over to the law firm full time in December 2014. Maryanne works as the legal assistant to Scott A. Selis. She has her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Keiser University and has worked in the real estate industry for over fifteen years. Maryanne is married to Lou and they have three children, Jonathon, Taylor and Little Lou.

  • Brittany Childs – Administrative Assistant to Estate Planning Department


    Brittany has been with the firm since December 2013 as a receptionist/administrative assistant. Brittany attends Daytona State College and spends her free time riding horses.

  • Lorri Goodwin – Paralegal

    Lorri is a paralegal with over 32 years of experience. Lorri joined the firm in November 2015 and she focuses on elder law, asset protection, government benefits eligibility, estate planning and issues affecting the senior population. Lorri has an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Burlington County College in New Jersey. Lorri moved to Florida from New Jersey in 1994. She is married with three children.

  • Rose Bardouille – Paralegal

    Rose Bardouille comes to us from Bank of America where she was an Assistant Vice President and Operations Team Manager with the Default Litigation Group. Currently she is working at the firm as a Paralegal and Case Manager. She has over twenty years of experience as a Paralegal. She has extensive litigation, bankruptcy and default litigation banking experience. She is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants. She is the past Family Life Director at her church, and is very involved in her church’s Family Life group. In her spare time, she enjoys jogging, mentoring disenfranchised children and travelling with her family.

  • Vanessa Hermosillo – Paralegal

    Vanessa is an Immigration and Criminal Law Paralegal with over twenty years of experience in the legal field and has been with the firm since March 2016. Vanessa attended Georgia State University where she studied Accounting and Criminal Justice. She is originally from Miami and speaks fluent Spanish. She currently resides in Volusia County with her husband and two children. Vanessa and her family are active in their church and she spends her spare time cooking, reading and supporting her children in mixed martial arts, where they are working towards their black belts.

  • Peggy O’Brien – Legal Assistant

    Peggy joined the firm in October 2015, after spending twenty years working in the Travel Industry as the Lead Client Advocate helping resolve customer disputes. Peggy is originally from Manhattan, New York and moved to Palm Coast in 2007. She enjoys gourmet cooking and entertaining friends. She also enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, and the New York Yankees, especially Derek Jeter.

  • DeLisa Kearney – Legal Assistant

    DeLisa has been with the firm since May of 2016 and in the legal field for 21 years. She is married to Frank Kearney. She has a daughter, son in law and grandson (Blake). She is also mom to a Pekingese named April. She enjoys the water, working in the yard, reading, hockey and NASCAR.

  • Sydney Landers – Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

    Sydney has been with the firm since June 2016. She is attending Daytona State College to earn her degree in Paralegal Studies. She has a lab/basset hound named Marleigh and enjoys riding four wheelers and reading.
